The Springfield

We were tasked with the complete branding of a landmark luxury development in Melbourne’s desirable Toorak neighbourhood. The architecture would draw inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s ‘Falling Water’ and promote the ideas of harmony with the leafy surroundings.

Design by thinking

Working with the name ‘The Springfield’ and the individual architectural elements of falling water, climbing foliage and the harmonious space inbetween we created a brandmark that fuses the spirit of the construction and it’s name together.

Results

 

With only hoarding the branding had sold $6m worth of residences as well as receive compliments from locals as to the brands holistic position within the neighbourhood. Throughout the project the brand would make over 3m marketing impressions and sell $40m worth of residences in only 8 weeks.
